We collocate in two two multimillion dollar datacenters using two service providers. We have a datacenter for our Dedicated + Colo customers in Kansas, USA and another datacenter for our Shared Hosting customers in Miami Florida.

Dedicated + Colo Datacenter

Our Dedicated + Colo customers use our Kansas City Data center. It has 55,000 square feet in 5 server rooms and provides space for 40,000 servers.

It has redundant steel-reinforced walls, backup diesel generators, custom argon fire protection system, multiple hard drives, dual routers, cooling systems and gel battery power banks ensure top-of-the-line security so that our servers will continue to operate regardless of external conditions.

  1. Re-cooling Units
    Redundant industrial cooling systems provide a continuous flow of cool air to equipment inside the data center.
  2. Diesel Power Generators
    Generator systems can supply power (UPS) to the data center in case of an external power supply loss for an indefinite period of time.
  3. Storage Room/Loading Dock
    New equipment can be brought in quickly and efficiently and stored safely.
  4. Testing Lab
    In this room, equipment can be tested to ensure proper long-term operation.
  5. Server Rooms
    Our server rooms provide a safe and secure environment to house your data.

Shared Hosting Datacenter

Our Shared Hosting customer servers are located, in Miami Florida. This is one of the most impressive datacenters in the world. The datacenter is owned an operated by a Carlyle Group Company which also operates other major facilities such as the One Wilshire datacenter in downtown LA.

This datacenter uses a state-of-the-art environmental control system that regulates temperature and humidity levels throughout the facility.State-of-the-art fire suppression & electric systems prevent any fire or power surges from disrupting server operations. The only entrance to the server cages is through highly secured entryways, protected with palm scanners and keypad locks.

With 3-floors and 48,000 sqft of datacenter space the datacenter is rated as Class-5 hurricane resistant. In case of a power outages, the facility has 2 massive multi-million dollar generators and enough fuel reserves to last several days. The datacenter is 31 feet above sea-level and has never experienced a disruption due to any hurricane or natural disaster.
